WHY MASTERPLAN?
We are a travel agency authorized by the National Tourism Secretariat as MASTERPLAN E.V.T. File 16095.
We work with an exceptional team in each destination based on our personal experiences. We continuously visit the region in search of new paths and establish connections with the local community.

HOW DO WE ENSURE GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES AND SERVICE SUSTAINABILITY?
We are a company certified by the Environmental Management Guidelines Program of the National Tourism Secretariat as tourism providers that guarantee environmental, social, and cultural quality.

HOW DO I START PLANNING A TRIP WITH MASTERPLAN?

CAN I BOOK ONLY A TOUR OR EXCURSION?
Yes, of course. We can provide separate quotes for each activity.

CAN I HIRE THE TRIP DESIGN SERVICE ONLY?
Yes, of course. We offer personalized advice, designing the trip based on your interests, available days, and travel style. We provide a customized itinerary for travelers who prefer to explore each destination on their own. The design service has a fixed cost which, in case of booking the trip through Masterplan, will be deducted from the total. It includes a 30-minute interview to start planning the trip together.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept all debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers.

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE NECESSARY?
It is not mandatory but highly recommended.

WHAT ABOUT VISAS AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS?
We will inform you if visas are required for your trip at the time of booking. We do not handle visas. Therefore, you are responsible for obtaining the visa and covering the costs if necessary.
